Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the GroundPro website and application (the "Services"), operated by GroundPro LLC("we", "us", "our"). It is part of, and incorporated by reference into, our Terms of Service. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. We may update this AUP at any time; continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.

1. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation;
• Infringe or violate the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
• Create, save, export, or submit application records, audit packets, or other documentation that you know to be false, fraudulent, falsified, or materially misleading, including for the purpose of misrepresenting compliance to a regulator, customer, employer, or auditor;
• Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, or other code intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any system;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or any related systems or networks, including by probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities without our prior written authorization;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Services or the networks/systems connected to the Services;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, scripts) to access the Services or extract data, except through interfaces we explicitly provide for that purpose;
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access, usage, or security controls of the Services;
• Use the Services to harass, threaten, defame, or harm any person, or to transmit unsolicited bulk communications (spam);
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; or
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties as your own product without our written authorization.

2. Content Restrictions

You are solely responsible for all data, recordings, text, and other materials you submit through the Services ("Your Content"). You agree that Your Content will not:

• Contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or hateful material;
• Contain personal information about third parties (e.g., customers) that you do not have a lawful basis to collect, store, and process; or
• Be submitted in a manner intended to deceive GroundPro, an auditor, regulator, or any other recipient about the source, accuracy, or timing of the underlying application event.

3. Fair Use of AI & System Resources

The voice/text parsing, weather lookup, and PDF generation features rely on third-party services that we pay for on a per-use basis. You agree not to use these features in a manner designed to abuse, exhaust, or impose disproportionate cost on these systems (for example, automated or bulk submission of entries not reflecting real applications). We may apply rate limits or usage caps to protect the Services for all users.

4. Enforcement

If we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that you have violated this AUP, we may, without prior notice:

• Issue a warning;
• Remove or disable access to any violating content;
• Suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services; and/or
• Report the activity to law enforcement or relevant regulators where we believe it is legally required or appropriate.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor use of the Services for violations of this AUP.

5. Reporting Violations

To report a suspected violation of this AUP, email privacy@groundpro.app with a description of the issue and any supporting details.
